Shipping Details

Self-Collection

1. KB (near KB petrol station area)

  • 1-3 working days after payment made
  • Mon-Fri  8am - 5pm   Sat 8am - 12.30pm
  • Close on Sunday and public holidays
  • Pls note we do not have same day collection for KB, as we are based in BSB.

2. Beebeeboo.bn shop (at Sunway)

  • Unit F42, Block F, Ground Flr, Sunway Center, Kg Sg Tilong
  • Payment made before the closing time can collect same day. All instocks are in the shop.
  • Tue - Sun 10am - 7pm   Fri 2pm - 8pm
  • Close on Monday or special public holiday (will inform by text or update on IG story.)

 Pls collect your orders within 14 working days. As we have limited space here, thus is it advisable to collect as soon as possible. Reminder texts will be sent to collect your order. However if items are not collected for more than 2 months, will be considered forfeit and non refundable will be made.

Delivery

Home delivery available within Brunei with a B$4 fee. Delivery charges applied after check out.  Please allow 2-4 working days for arrange delivery. You will be notified once your order has dispatched. Please expect delays on home delivery during festive season or other circumstances.

Free Home Delivery (2-4 working days) available on purchase above $200 in a single receipt.

If you wish for urgent delivery, please look for your own runner. Our courier could not provide the exact day of delivery. It is based on their delivery schedule. Courier will text once your item has been dispatched.

Express delivery is at $6 rate per trip. Strictly only for small packages. Only applicable for Brunei-Muara. Order will be deliver within 1 working day. Cut off time to order for express delivery is at 1pm. Any order after 1pm will be deliver on next working day.

Home delivery are only applicable for 1 time delivery. Thus for preorder more than one item on different arrival time, we will deliver when all the ordered items arrived. If you couldn’t wait for all arrivals, you can opt for self collect or pay additional for each delivery.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday and public holiday is not working day. Thus any purchase made on Friday or near any public holiday, please take this into account.

Once courier has collected your package, you are unable to cancel the delivery. Kindly advise early if you wish to cancel for home delivery.
